Regulatory intelligence is our discipline. The energy build-out is our focus.
The energy build-out is the defining infrastructure project of this era — and its bottleneck isn’t engineering. It’s approval: the permits, the process, and the politics of thousands of local jurisdictions, each one different, each one decisive. Kite exists to protect the path through them. We combine practitioners who have carried projects through contested approvals with AI that can cover every jurisdiction at once — so the expertise goes further, and keeps getting better.
Compliance isn’t rule-reading — it’s interpretation and experience. Kite works with senior regulatory experts whose judgment is built into how the platform reads jurisdictions, standards, and hearings — and who review everything that ships.
